What the Bill Does

35% tax credit for film, TV, and game production under $50M
45% credit for projects over $50M (starting Jan 1, 2026)
NO cap on the annual amount of credits issued
Bonus credits for:

  • Local hiring (60%+ PA residents)

  • Diverse hiring

  • Gaming productions

$50M pilot fund to keep Pennsylvania talent in Pennsylvania
2,500–5,000 new jobs.
$1.5–$2.5 billion in projected economic impact.
