What the Bill Does

35% tax credit for film, TV, digital media, and game production under $50M
45% credit for projects over $50M (starting Jan 1, 2026)
Bonus credits for:

  • Local hiring (70%+ PA residents)

  • Regional filming bonus

  • Gaming productions

$10M pilot fund to keep Pennsylvania talent in Pennsylvania
Estimated $1.5–$2.5 billion in projected economic impact per year.
